Spring 2026 GIRLS Flag PAL Football

GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL – 

• Girls Flag Football is a PAL-run program.

• Games will be played at a neutral PAL facility.

• Game days will be Monday through Friday, beginning May 15th.

• As per PAL guidelines, the season will consist of a minimum of 6 games and will conclude by the end of June.

• All flags will be provided.

Uniform Information (2026):

• Uniforms are SOLD SEPARATELY for the 2026 season.

• The uniform design is the same as 2025.

• Uniforms only need to be purchased by new registrants or if a new size is required.

Practices:

• Practice days and times are at the coach’s discretion.
