Congratulation's to 2022 PAL Champions 10 and 9 year old teams!

Tackle football is open to players ages 7 to 12 years old. Teams are age based as of age on 12/1.

Sachem has a proud football tradition that spans over 60 years.

Our program is focused on player development and proper fundamentals and techniques of the game.

Tackle football requires inter-town travel within Suffolk County.

All practices and home games are played at Suffolk County PAL.
